Revista Oficial del Poder Judicial is a biannual publication whose main objective is to disseminate unpublished and original articles that are the result of studies and research on legal issues and the administration of justice, as well as other relevant documentation on legal matters. To meet this objective, each issue of the journal is published in open access mode and is available for free consultation from the first issue. Furthermore, no fees are charged for the submission or processing of articles.

Authors who submit their articles authorise the publication and public dissemination of their text in digital and printed format for exclusively academic, cultural and not-for-profit purposes. In this way, it is understood that the authors retain their copyright without restrictions and grant the journal the right to publish their article for the first time under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows citation of what is published provided that the authorship of the work and the source of publication are mentioned.

When articles are published on this website, they will be included in the journal databases and indexing systems. In addition, the journal will undertake to socialise the content of recent issues through the different social networks, so that they can be widely disseminated in the national and international legal community.

This journals publish under Open Access model so that the revenue sources, institutional support, and organizational support are comming from publisher.
