´Presentation
Abstract
Es sumamente grato presentar este volumen de la Revista Oficial del Poder Judicial. Órgano de Investigación de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la República del Perú, documento que no solo es un registro de datos fácticos y divulgación de reflexiones jurídicas, sino que es la expresión de ideales humanos como la insaciable búsqueda de justicia, libertad, democracia y verdad, con la finalidad de contribuir a la búsqueda de la respuesta más apropiada ante los conflictos puestos bajo la tutela jurisdiccional, y así mantener o restablecer la paz social en armonía con el bien común.
