Resumen
Este artículo revisa cómo los valores, las actitudes y la cultura de los jueces influyen en sus decisiones judiciales mediante la exploración de los orígenes y las tendencias actuales en estudios sobre el comportamiento judicial. Destaca los aportes empíricos significativos y subraya la importancia de un enfoque multidisciplinario para analizar detalladamente los fallos judiciales empleando herramientas cualitativas y cuantitativas para entender la racionalidad subyacente en la toma de decisiones de los jueces.
