Shared Tenancy and Share food? Analysis of the Effects Related with the Best Interest Principles of the Children and Teenager
Abstract
The purpose of this investigation is to evaluate the Institution of the Shared tenancy, which influences about the distribution of the obligation to provide minor children support related parents separation. In this context, a count of the ownership shared processes carried out at the Peruvian territory.
As a contribution, is analyzed the root of the shared ownership in detail, as well of the regulatory related with the alimony. In addition, is being developed the children minors rights to receive a decent and sufficient alimony, in order to satisfy their basic needs, taking into consideration the economic parents capacity, and the unpaid domestic work. In spite of that, is evident that even of the despite shared custody, have been arised with the aim of guaranteeing the correspondence of the parents with their children, and not to harm anyone of them, in most cases, is not clear the way way to distribute the economic responsability between both parents,which would lead harming the children. Therefore, is necessary to regulate the children legal status, in order to prevent possible future conflicts for safeguarding the children interest.
