Indirect reasoning to prove mental states: the psychological reality of dolus through indicia
Abstract
El presente trabajo expone las concepciones normativas y psicológicas sobre la prueba de estados mentales. Se decanta por la última y se sustenta que un caso de feminicidio pone a prueba el razonamiento indiciario para verificar el sustrato psicológico del dolo: finalidad típica.
