Application of the Brasilia Rules and Procedural Principles
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the application of the Brasilia Rules in our , in order to contribute to access to justice for people in vulnerable situation. In this way, the joint and systematic application is poposed with the procedural principles of Constitutional and Legal nature, which are of greater use by the legal operators. Therefore, if we link them with the Brasilian rules, the knowledge and its application at the Jurisdictional instances, which finally will redound in the improvement of the Justice Administration in our country.
