Ius Vocatio. Revista de Investigación de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Huánuco is a bi-annual publication serial whose main objective is the dissemination of unpublished and original articles that are the result of studies and research on legal issues, administration of justice, with special emphasis -but not limited to- casuistry that occurs in Judicial District of Huanuco region in Peru.

To meet this objective, all issues were published in open access mode wich means that all content is freely available without payments to users, readers or authors who are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full texts articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from publisher or the author.

Furthermore, no fees are charged for the submission or processing of articles. Authors who submit their articles authorise the publication and public dissemination of their text in digital and printed format for exclusively academic, cultural and not-for-profit purposes. In this way, it is understood that the authors retain their copyright without restrictions and grant the journal the right to publish their article for the first time under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to the complete published texts as long as the authorship of the work and the source of publication are mentioned (see Copyright and license page).

Ius Vocatio adheres to Open Access principles established in Budapest (2002), Berlin (2003) and Bethesda (2003) statements, which allow readers and the general public the free, irrevocable and worldwide right to access the published contents, as well as to download, print, share or link the full text of any of the articles in any of the published issues, provided that they are duly cited in accordance with the rights established in Legislative Decree 822, Peruvian Copyright Law.

When articles are published on the journal's web page, they will be included in the databases and indexing systems and in the National Digital Repository in accordance with Law No. 30035, Law that Regulates the National Digital Repository of Science, Technology and Innovation of Open Access.

This journals publish under Open Access model so that the revenue sources, institutional support, and organizational support are comming from publisher.

Finally, it should be noted that this journal is not responsible for the opinions expressed by the authors of the articles.
