Abstract
Es un verdadero logro colectivo que la iniciativa de la Comisión de Capacitación del Distrito Judicial de Huánuco, presidida por el magistrado Eloy Cupe Calcina, sobre publicar las investigaciones de nuestros servidores judiciales en Ius Vocatio. Revista de Investigación de la Corte Superior de Justicia de Huánuco continúe su curso pese a las adversidades que afrontamos debido a la pandemia por la COVID-19.
