Procedural congruence in the custody of children and adolescents
Abstract
Family Law Rules of Procedure is an increasingly popular discipline and in which the Judiciary has an active participation. The author analyzes the procedural congruence in the custody of minors, of the different institutions that rule on this subject. He considers that the opinions of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Republic allow us to interpret Section 81 of the Code of Children and Adolescents as a whole, for the solution of family disputes on the custody of minors.
