Presentación
Abstract
La Comisión Permanente de Acceso a la Justicia de Personas en Condición de Vulnerabilidad y Justicia en tu Comunidad del Poder Judicial del Perú se enorgullece en presentar el número 8 de su revista indizada Llapanchikpaq: Justicia, que aborda diversos temas de relevancia en el ámbito de la justicia social y legal. En esta edición, se profundiza en cuestiones fundamentales que afectan a los sectores más vulnerables de la sociedad peruana y latinoamericana, destacando prácticas innovadoras y análisis críticos sobre la implementación de derechos y acceso a la justicia.
